Planning estimate, not a reservation
StowGauge provides a general storage-planning estimate. It is not a storage provider, a quote, a reservation, or a guarantee that an item will fit in a particular unit.
Check the physical details
You are responsible for confirming the unit's interior dimensions, door width, height, access route, availability, condition, and the measurements of the items you plan to store. Do not rely on this tool as the sole basis for a storage decision.
Use of the site
The public StowGauge tools are provided for personal and internal business planning. You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt or bypass its security, use automated access that materially burdens the service, introduce malicious code, or represent its estimates as professional advice, live provider inventory, or a guarantee to another person.
Third-party rental destinations
Operator demonstrations may link to a storage provider's availability, quote, or rental system. That third-party rental destination, not StowGauge, controls its inventory, pricing, lease, payment, customer support, and handling of information you submit there. A StowGauge recommendation or handoff does not create a reservation or make StowGauge a party to the rental transaction.
Intellectual property
The StowGauge name, brand assets, site design, explanatory content, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. These terms allow use of the public tools; they do not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy, resell, frame, or present the product as your own. Normal links to public pages and personal use of generated planning summaries are allowed.
Operator pilots
The public Operator demo is an evaluation experience, not a production service commitment. Any paid pilot, facility installation, service level, data processing arrangement, or commercial license requires separate written terms agreed with the operator.
Facility Fit Review
A Facility Fit Review is a preliminary assessment based on public website information and the business details an Operator provides. Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, create a Paid Pilot, reserve implementation capacity, or establish a commercial agreement. StowGauge may decline or stop a review when the Facility, installation, evidence, or contact conditions are not suitable.

The planner and these terms may change as the product develops. A revised date will appear on this page when the terms are updated.
